An order is an offer to purchase and may be limited, refused, or cancelled because of inventory, payment, address, fraud, error, or policy concerns. Product appearance and packaging can vary reasonably from screens or images.
Eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Non-defective items must be new, unused, and in original condition. Returns are by mail using the free prepaid return label included in the package after approval, with no restocking fee. After approval, we process and initiate refunds to the original payment method within 10 days.
